About Vidhya Narasimhan

I am a dedicated and passionate professional with over 25 years of work experience. Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of working with esteemed organizations such as Coca-Cola, World Diabetes Foundation-World Health Organization, ICON Clinical Research, Quartesian, Erstwhile Covance now Fortrea. This journey has been a great opportunity for me to continuously learn and develop my skills. I have always been proactive in imparting skill development to employees at various levels, providing functional, technical expertise and conducting soft skills trainings. I take great pride in what I do and am always seeking new opportunities for learning and growth. In addition to my training responsibilities, I have also conducted outreach trainings in both rural and urban areas. My experience extends to data management and clinical operations trainings, onboarding and leadership trainings. I have hands-on experience in working with data management teams and have effectively managed large teams through strategic planning and process implementation. As part of my role, I have supported stakeholder consulting, client audits, conducted compliance trainings, and actively participated in Quality Audit and process enhancement initiatives. My dedication and commitment to my work have been recognized through awards for Best Employee on three occasions. I am a certified Learning professional and have attended numerous organizational conferences and seminars, often delivering sessions as a speaker. Additionally, I have been invited to institutions to share my expertise in medical microbiology, clinical data management, and have also delivered lectures in universities. My positive and enthusiastic nature, combined with my self-motivation and effective communication skills, make me a valuable asset in any professional setting. I am deeply committed to my work and strive to make a positive impact in everything I do.
