Product Owner/Business Project Manager at Cognizant, with over 10 years of experience in product development, project management, business analysis, and agile and scrum methodologies. I hold the Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO®) and the Certified Secure Software Lifecycle Professional (CSSLP) certifications, demonstrating my skills and knowledge in software development security, analytical skills, and problem solving. Currently, I am managing and leading a major pharmaceutical project that helps the stakeholders to connect the dots between different patient services and solutions programs around the world, offering a scalable platform that provides data, insight, and best practices. The project has successfully gone live for 2 countries and has expanded to include 8 more countries and a global reporting and analytical dashboard for the leadership. I collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives and develop project requirements, manage project risks, issues, and changes, and ensure projects are delivered on time and to the satisfaction of clients. I also manage project teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of projects. My mission is to drive new development projects from concept to implementation, serving as a liaison between senior management, IT, and business users.
