With over 19 years of work experience in the banking and financial services sector, I am a seasoned professional with a passion for driving digital transformation, project management, lean six sigma, customer service, and agile project delivery. As an Assistant Vice President at Axis Bank, I lead the end-to-end implementation and closure of strategic projects, ensuring timely and quality delivery, stakeholder engagement, and user acceptance testing. I have a proven track record of delivering process improvement, process documentation, process standardization, process automation, and process redesigning projects, applying lean six sigma and robotic process automation methodologies. I have also mentored and supported several quality initiatives across the organization, such as Quality Thursdays, Basics@workplace, Go Green, and Quest Projects. I hold a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification and a Post Graduate Diploma in Banking and Finance.
