With over a decade of experience as an aviation consultant, I’ve advised airport operators, airlines, governments, and investors in more than 25 countries - delivering strategic advisory, capacity planning, simulation, and operational improvement projects. My background spans master planning, terminal design, process optimization and concepts, combining data-driven analysis with strategic and operational insights. Today, as Head of Operational Planning & Development at lux-Airport, I build on this foundation to lead initiatives that enhance capacity, performance, and resilience. I am responsible for teams that oversee data, demand forecasting, capacity, resource planning, performance, operational systems, and emergency planning - driving innovation and collaboration across departments to shape the airport of tomorrow.
