About Vinod Suthar

Hello, my name is Vinodkumar Suthar, currently enrolled in the one-year Agribusiness Management program at Fanshawe College. I hold a degree in agriculture from AAU, reflecting my passion for the field. I want to know more about agriculture and back in india I also used to do farming with my father. We plant different type of crops throughout year which include soyabean, cotton, castor etc. During my time at Walmart, where I serve as a cashier and self-checkout attendant, I've honed my customer service skills and learned the importance of efficiency in a fast-paced environment. As part of my job, I have to handle cash transactions, process purchases effectively, keep the checkout area clean, and work closely with the team to make sure customers have a great shopping experience. Additionally I used to work in unilever as a light labour and my duties includes helping with production, upholding safety and quality standards, keeping the workspace organised, working with the team. I really enjoyed working with these both multi-national companies because it helps me in future goals as well as I have learned in different activities such as WHIMS training, good customer services, important of health and safety of individuals, importance of food quality etc. My goal is to become an independent entrepreneur in the food industry. I would like to combine my academic background, hands-on farming experience, and diverse work history to make a meaningful impact. Whether through establishing my farm or working in the food industry. I also have been involved in sports such as volleyball, cricket and chess.
