Total experience of 13 years as I&C Design Engineer in Oil/ Gas/ Petrochemical projects. This is backed with the knowledge of Field Engineering and Engineering Software Packages like INtools of Intergraph, SmartPlant Review (SPR) besides AutoCAD, Smart Sketch v5.0 and MS Office software like MS-Excel, MS-Access, etc. A brief job profile is Design, Detailed Engineering, Project Execution support for Instrumentation and Control Systems. Activities carried out include development of P&I Diagrams, Preparation of Instrument Datasheets, Instrument location plan, Installation Details, JB Schedule Cable schedule, Wiring & Loop drawings, review of cause and effects, control valve and flow element calculation etc. Preparation of requisitions for field instrument packages, Technical Bid preparations, Offer evaluation and purchase activities. Currently working as Lead Engineer for Wadi Latham Control system upgrade project for Occidental of Oman Inc. Primary responsibilities are Project management, engineering design and project execution for control system upgrade project. Plan, coordinate and direct the site activities for field survey, coordinating with back office team for preparation of As-built and detail engineering deliverables ensuring the QA/QC, vendors and Client management for document review and approval. Also has worked on the construction site of 3rd Expansion Polyethylene Project SHARQ, Saudi Arabia with one of the previous organization. This profile not only includes AS-BUILT activities but also Preparation of hard copies of Loop Folders, Conduit Routing for Instruments, JB Installation, and Instrument installation.
