About Vivek Vijayaraghavan

As an experienced professional with a proven track record of product delivery, I consider our customers to be the ultimate arbiter of our success. Most recently, I transformed our business from the executive level by focusing on customer expectations, internal capability, and customer experience. By narrowing in on our customers’ ideals, we created products delivering excellence. Along the way, I touched, centralized, and transformed every element of the plan, from conception to delivery. From this, I earned deep insight into every level of the organization that comprehensively informed how I led these transformative strategies. I also built incredible connections with the many teams through which our company realized many financial goals (multiple fundraising rounds, successful IPO) and industry milestones (commercial product launch). Prior to that, I led the strategic planning, eliminating roadblocks and inefficiencies and paving the way to profitable global business. I developed a 5-year strategic product vision and 3-year roadmap supported by deep research into our customers’ needs and business planning for each product under consideration for development. The operational and R&D planning helped us understand as a company where we should be focusing technologically and competitively throughout the target regions. The result was refreshed customer loyalty, reduced expenses, and a broader understanding of our product goals.
