My responsibilities span across the end-to-end coordination of stock movements, system-based documentation, and cross-functional alignment with production and QA teams.Key Responsibilities: • Operations Management: Oversee daily BSR activities by effectively using the SAP Logistics Module, ensuring seamless tracking of finished goods, optimized workflows, and timely dispatches. • Dispatch Reporting: Prepare and maintain comprehensive Daily Dispatch Reports, reflecting accurate movement of finished goods from production to warehouse and ensuring readiness for dispatch to various locations. • Stock Documentation: Maintain up-to-date records of finished stock in SAP with 100% accuracy. Ensure all product codes, batches, and quantities are correctly entered and verified as per internal SOPs. • Waybill Preparation: Handle the preparation of Waybills and shipping documentation, ensuring compliance with state-wise regulatory norms, GST requirements, and company policies. • Inventory Management: Implement and consistently monitor FEFO (First Expired, First Out) and FIFO (First In, First Out) practices to ensure optimal stock rotation, minimizing product expiry risks and wastage. • Freight Bill Clearance: Coordinate with transporters and the finance team to ensure timely clearance of freight bills. Cross-check freight invoices against the Notice of Arrival (NOA), verifying accuracy and maintaining detailed records for audits and finance reconciliation. • Cross-functional Coordination: Act as a link between dispatch, warehouse, QA, and production departments to ensure smooth execution of dispatch plans, issue resolution, and adherence to delivery schedules. • Compliance & Audit Readiness: Ensure all dispatch operations and documents comply with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and GDP (Good Distribution Practices). Assist in internal and external audits by maintaining traceable and verifiable records. • System Usage: Leverage SAP for inventory tracking, stock visibility, order processing, and real-time data updates. Generate SAP reports for decision-making and logistics planning.
