People with whom I have worked in my career know I excel in IT, Service Delivery, process improvement and knowledge management, which puts me in a unique position to be able to drive remotely / from home, IT Service Management (ITSM), Project, Program, Portfolio Management, Software and Service Delivery (SDLC as per ITIL and ISO20K) including IT Operations in both B2B (OPAP / Allwyn) and B2C (Antenna Group), being always change-management cautious and driving key results (OKRs, KPIs, SLAs) as well as knowledge sharing internally and to the fan-base we and my team supports! They would also mention my consistent passion to serve, mentor and coach through coordination – delivery - optimization (LEAN and KAIZEN) including the ability to oversee multiple initiatives-objectives and office-remote teams that strive to improve their WoW (way-of-working), performance as individuals and as high-performing teams.Plus, I have a strong ability to guide tasks from concept to completion ensuring on-time, on-budget, and on-target results (waterfall) or minimum-viable-product (MVP) and most Valued items (Agile) maintaining and improving OPEX budgets and delivery schedules meeting agreed standards (ISO and others), while tailoring and fitting the optimum framework which is usually a hybrid one, including Waterfall, Agile, LEAN, DevOps, Scrum, XP and Kanban.My success in these areas has come in the retail (brick-and-mortar) gaming, VOD/OTT broadcasting and management consulting service industries.
