I am a passionate Newly Qualified Social Worker, an unapologetic advocate for Equity & Inclusion and an International Human Resources Manager with an education background. I am a Newly Qualified Social Worker who has a strong foundation in Social Work practice, International Human Resource Management, and Education. My diverse career has equipped me with exceptional communication, critical thinking, and leadership skills. I have experience in social work practice, youth engagement and support, teaching, and advocacy, which are a testament to my commitment to empowering and supporting individuals and communities. As a Social Work Student on placement with the Portsmouth City Council Children Social Care - Early Help and Support, I support children and families through their most challenging moments developing my Empathy, Unconditional Positive Regard, Multi-Agency Working and Person-Centred practice. As a People of Global Majority (PGM) Ambassador at the University of Portsmouth, I champion Inclusion, Equity and Diversity while working with the university to reduce the awarding gap for PGM students. In my previous role as Human Resources Manager, I developed my skills in leadership and management, employee motivation, policy creation and implementation. My educational background and experience have strengthened my capability in mentoring, engaging and supporting individuals across different settings.
