We focus on hiring for sales, customer success, creative, and support roles—with a strong focus on cultural alignment and operational impact.After 3+ years leading Zcaler, I’ve learned how to scale teams fast without losing what makes a company special. My focus is simple: help clients grow with great people who feel like part of the team from day one.Before starting zcaler.io, I spent years working in SaaS, business development for different industries, and even diplomacy in the Middle East. That mix shaped how I think about people, scale, and cross-cultural communication. Each step, from closing deals to entering new markets to working with government leaders, taught me how to listen, adapt, and keep things moving.
