Knowledge and Expertise-A consultant and trainer focusing in the areas of performance measurement, organizational behaviour, leadership, program evaluation and human services accreditation. I have more than a decade of consulting experience in the health services sector working with not-for-profit and public organizations focusing on organizational capacity building. An independent consultant, with expertise as a developer and designer of accreditation and quality management systems for Ontario’s not-for-profit agencies. I am a Certified Reviewer for the Canadian Centre for Accreditation. Hands-On Accreditation Support-I will help you to become accredited or to maintain your accreditation status. I support organizations to successfully complete the accreditation process. Supports include but are not limited to: • Staff training on Standards implementation • Policy development • Design & Implementation of file audits and surveys • Support for implementing program and administrative changes • Managing the accreditation site survey process Accreditation Audits-I will conduct a thorough external audit of your organization’s accreditation readiness to ensure that you are prepared for your documents and site visits. I will thoroughly review your, policies and procedures, and organizational practices so that your organization meets and/or exceed standards and leading practices within your sector.
