Currently I am GM Operations at PT. Royal Lestari Utama Region Jambi - Barito Pacific JV Michelin (Back to work in PT. Lestari Asri Jaya and PT. Wanamukti Wisesa), I have been in this position since September 2019 I am also responsible for all Agricultural Investments, Budget management and master plan development, Plantation, quality control (technical & control), cost control, developing SOP in accordance to the PDCA system, Implementation and Improvement of Agricultural and mill policies, social networking with communities and held some various training programs related to Palm Oil cultivation, Rubber cultivation and Acacia cultivation. Prior to this, I am GM Operations at PT Buana Sriwijaya Sejahtera from May 2017 to June 2018 and Plantation Director at PT. Buana Sriwijaya Sejahtera Group from July 2018 - September 2019 GM Operation for Palm Oil Plantation and Mill PT. Antang Ganda Utama, PT. BKI and PT. SCK -(PT Dhanistha Surya Nusantara Group) from May 2016 to Apr 2017. GM Region Jambi in Barito Rubber Group - JV Michelin (PT. Lestari Asri Jaya and PT. Wanamukti Wisesa) from May 2013 to May 2016. GM Operation at PT Kirana Triputra Persada Group (Subsidiaries of Triputra Group) and four months as Rubber Plantation Controller at PT Triputra Agro Persada (Susidiaries of Triputra Group) from 2011 to May 2013, managing rubber plantation operations and oversee all operations in rubber estates under the company. Since 1994, I have been working in Estate Management roles in various rubber plantations under PT Putra Katingan Pratama - Kalimantan Tengah (2009-2011) and PT Brahma Binabakti - Jambi (1994 to 2009).
