Started a new job at MAND PLS as a Senior Associate (6th Jan 2020 - present) Previously worked at Wandsworth Council as a Lift Managers (4th April 2018 to 20th Dec) was a Senior Lift inspector (17th Dec 2008 – 3rd April 2018) Description of duties listed below. Experience includes- Local council / Housing •Managing an approximately 611 lifts for various properties for a Wandsworth Borough Council. •Reporting directly to Contracts Manager to produce weekly reports •Attending breakdowns to investigate faults fix and put back into service if possible, if parts are required and there are more serious issues I would pass it over to contractors. •I am responsible for carrying out post inspection checks after work has been completed by contractors. •Visiting and investigating repairs, following up with written reports. •Carrying out variations; when work was not satisfactory, I held invoices until work had been carried out to required standards. •I am authorised or rejected contractor invoices. •Dealing with complaints direct from Tenants, investigating and resolving. •Ensuring all sites are immediately attended to for clean and repair when vandalised. •Checking Insurance reports and report to contractor to complete by the next Insurance review date. •Carrying out PPM’s, to check if Lift parts need replacing. •Attend to repairs and Insurance report issues •Installation of new lifts •Refurbishment of existing lift installations •Maintenance and Repairs to lift installations •Servicing, fault finding, and breakdown repairs •Installing lift equipment to deadlines, ensuring accuracy •Re-Roping inspections •Working with all types of lifts including traction and hydraulic
