Wayne Carter is the Chief Operating Officer for Aqua Production Systems, a leading live marine life holding systems company known globally. Wayne directs all day-to-day operations leading a team of Engineers, Subject Matter Experts, Logistics, Accounting and Marketing for Aqua Production Systems. Wayne brings 22 years of executive management and Lean methodology to Aqua Production Systems, where he combines his family’s deep roots in the fishery with his cooperate business acumen. Previous to his current role, Wayne supported significant US and European clients where he directed and was accountable for service deliveries valued over one billion throughout his time. Wayne led IT compliance in the European automotive and German Banking industries, including TISAX, BaFin, KWG, ISO 27001, ISO and ISO 9001. Other support roles included Global Banks in service level management and LSS initiatives, supporting a significant client in the transportation industry-leading 370 employees through direct reports. Under Wayne’s leadership, the client relationship grew with multiple innovative designs and improvements.
