I am skilled in the use of my knowledge of the anatomy and the physics of the bio-mechanics as I view each individual client and evaluate their specific movement in general daily habits. This allows me to coach through the individuals way of moving and design a program based on the specifics to their unique needs creating then strength, correction of alignment, overall fitness improvement, weight loss, understanding for themselves to improve daily outside of my presence as well as, and most important preventing injury and improving areas from previous injuries. My success lay within my extreme attention to details and willingness to work outside of the "average to be considered fitness programs", therefore creating unique and PERSONALIZED fitness regiments. The love I have for fitness is only exceeded by the love I have for people and them reaching personal goals! I have clients from general weight loss to MS and other major disease to severe past injuries as well as very successful fitness competitors! It may seem vast but the attention to each client and their personal needs is truly my way of being able to reach virtually any goal brought to me.
