About Wendy van Zon

Born and raised in Eindhoven. Wendy began her creative life in education at the University of Utrecht. During her professional training and coaching studies she made a switch in her law en managing career and became dedicated to training, coaching and counseling. While Wendy was developing her knowledge on life, emotions and what people need to be efficient, she became the Creative Director of her own Coaching and Training Company, You're In Charge Consult (YIC Consult). During this time she was able to indulge in her passion for coaching and training on a lot of different people with different back grounds, working in various professions (profit and non profit) with different questions and needs. Specialties: Wendy has an ability to observe behavior. Analyse behaviour and then discover the subsequent possibilities for thought-provoking ideas and innovation. It is through these findings she can be a professional coach trainer and make people aware of their behaviour.Together with her client she seeks to evoke and create inspirational insight and offers guidance into the world of personal awareness and development.
