About Wesley Bender

Wesley Bender graduated from Lipscomb University in 2002 with degrees in Biology, German and Bible. He is a co-author of the book, Strengthening the Organizational Heart: 15 Timeless Lessons from John R. Mott. Wes communicates with clear intention developing strong peer and client relationships. He influences others with enthusiasm for new learnings and strategies causing new client acquisitions to begin their partnerships with excitement. An effective listener, Wes ensures customer success for multi-year, referral based and customer centric business development. He currently designs custom scopes of work for CRA | Admired Leadership. These projects connect individuals, teams and organizations to world-class behavioral based content and pre-eminent dialogue facilitators. Previously, Wes has used these skills and others to drive leadership development at FranklinCovey. That work brings the content of 7Habits of Highly Effective People, Speed of Trust and the 4 Disciplines of Execution to individuals and organizations across the world. Wesley has also launched a 2 year project called Triangle2 Mission Intelligence. This is a collection of robust insight tools allowing organizations to analyze thousands of lines of data for focused action. Mission Intelligence brings confidence and enthusiasm to big decisions across all major stakeholders. The firm is founded on market research and strategic planning for organizations. Triangle2 garners internal and external data (perceptions and trends), facilitates customized planning processes and develops long-range strategic plans. Much of his career was with the Metro Atlanta YMCA. There, he provided leadership as the Director of Youth and International Initiatives. In this role, Wesley led a major strategic agenda titled, “Inspire Teen Leadership.” The central focus of this initiative was moving the needle on self-efficacy among adolescents and their families. Although connecting with thousands of leaders during the course of the year keeps him extremely motivated, the majority of his energy comes from sitting around the dinner table and connecting with family and friends.
