I am a passionate and result-driven student, and I thrive on motivating people and initiating processes to achieve results. I am resilient, customer-oriented, and committed to delivering high-quality work on time. My proactive attitude and eagerness to learn enable me to apply knowledge effectively in practice. Currently, I am in the final year of my Bachelor's in Aviation Operations, working on assignments related to A-CDM (Airport Collaborative Decision Making), Stakeholder Connections, and Vertiports & eVTOL infrastructure; integration with the transportation network in the Netherlands and Germany. In February 2025, I will start my graduation project (Thesis), focusing on my current field of interest: NRG2fly, a start-up dedicated to creating an innovative ecosystem for e-flying, an essential step towards the future of Aviation. Next to my study, I am working as Assistant Flight Operations Manager for E-Flight Academy, based at Teuge International Airport (EHTE). In this role, I am responsible for tasks such as planning, ensuring compliance with EASA regulations, office management, and sales. This position has allowed me to develop a really good understanding of the aviation industry while integrating operational efficiency and sustainability. As someone driven by a future-oriented mindset, I am passionate about combining diverse areas of knowledge to contribute to innovative and sustainable solutions within the aviation sector.
