I am a seasoned tech ecosystem builder currently serving as the National Programming Lead for Canada's research commercialization program, Lab2Market. In this capacity, I play a pivotal role in supporting some of Canada's most promising researchers in translating their groundbreaking research accomplishments into viable and scalable commercial opportunities. To date, Lab2Market has supported over a research teams nationwide, disbursing millions in funding, with our alumni actively contributing to a significant transformation in Canada's innovation landscape. Drawing on my experience as a former founder and a graduate of TMU's Master of Engineering Innovation and Entrepreneurship program, I possess a profound understanding of methodologies and frameworks aimed at mitigating business risks.
