Will is currently a Senior Project Manager at Promod Esports. Promod Esports is a turnkey esports solutions agency that works with IP owners, who aim to create the best connections between themselves and their customers. His responsibilities include: Managing and overseeing projects through the entire project lifecycle Managing and controlling budgets and costs Establishing roles and responsibilities Creating and managing project plans Liaising with internal and external stakeholders Ensuring project goals are met Leading the onboarding process for Scoro, Promods chosen project management tool Will is a veteran of the UK gaming industry, having worked within the scene for the past 11 years. Starting out as a PR and Exhibitions Manager with Kuoda Ltd, Will helped to build the marketing and social media presence of many household gaming brands, from GUNNAR Optiks to SteelSeries. After making his mark within the PR industry, he transitioned into a Product Management role in the newly formed ESL UK. Over the course of his tenure at ESL UK, Will managed some of the largest esports events in the UK, including; EU Pro Leagues for CSGO, Halo and Mortal Kombat and the Clash Royale World Finals 2017. In 2013, Will was part of PCR’s 30 under 30 list.
