My name is Will and I am a Two Comma Club award winning gym owner and mentor who serves gym owners internationally as a mentor and consultant. I am the current owner of Spark CrossFit in Phoenix, AZ and I also Founded Big Little Gyms in 2019. I also own some real estate but that's kind of a side thing. Big Little Gyms is a coaching/mentoring/consulting mastermind group for independent brick n' mortar gym owners. Our core program is called Foundations and it will literally change your life as a gym owner and uncover what you didn't know your gym was capable of growth wise. I've owned multiple successful brick n' mortar gyms over the last decade and consulted for 100's more now. In that time I've built and refined proven frameworks for success. What BLG does does is give gym owners those top to bottom frameworks for scaling and operating their businesses at the highest level. We can help gyms have 5 figure launches in two weeks using our marketing frameworks and then we show them how to ascend and monetize their membership. Further, I take HUGE personal pride in focusing on developing the gym owners themselves and turning them in to REAL entrepreneurs instead of just be self-employed victims of their own business.
