About William Chase

I have worked professionally in hospitality for the last four years in front-of-house roles. Entering this industry began with a love for food and cooking. This has developed into a love for meeting new people and finding ways to further my communication ability. I have learned to deal with a variety of people that have different life experiences from my own. I have worked at INATI - To Share for the last two years, beginning as a waiter and working my way up to Assistant Manager & Social Media/Marketing for both INATI & their sister restaurant Hali. INATI made it into the Cuisine Food Awards top 100 New Zealand restaurants of the year for the last two years. I also won the “Emerging Front of House” award at the Canterbury Hospitality Awards 2020. Working as the assistant manager at INATI afforded me the opportunity to also develop administration skills, manage the cash-ups of each shift, write shift reports and deal with guests’ inquiries via email. I like to consider myself an empathetic, reliable, and passionate employee and I take immense pride in my work and constantly aim on improving my skills.
