Therapist. Writer. Reluctant optimist. I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker Associate (LCSWA) with experience in trauma-informed care, hospice, foster youth, and systems-level advocacy. My work bridges outpatient therapy, crisis response, and narrative healing — blending clinical insight with story, humor, and radical honesty. I specialize in supporting individuals navigating grief, burnout, moral injury, and systemic betrayal. I’m especially drawn to those who quietly carry the weight of broken systems — frontline workers, caregivers, and fellow helpers who’ve been left holding it all. My approach is gentle with people, ruthless with systems. Beyond therapy, I write about ethics, emotional labor, and the stories we tell ourselves when the system fails us. I’m building projects at the intersection of mental health, creativity, and justice — including gamified therapy tools, AI-assisted storytelling, and peer support networks for professionals on the edge of burnout.
