Through 13 years and 5 differents jobs in Total energy company, I acquired skills and experience, especially in leading news projects. Innovation and change management are two pillars that drive me, and the achievements in my past experiences reflect my will to move beyond the lines already established. As a field engineer, I took the initiative to initiate and develop a network of 100 industrial lubricant experts across the world, a network still growing and active 12 years after. As a market manager, I actively contributed to the establishment of distribution contract from specialty lubricants produced by an external company: Lubrilog. After 3 year developing these sales, Total Lubricant acquired this company to reinforce its strengths to tackle new markets with high added value products. As a Global Pricing and Revenue Manager, I was given the asignement to create a new entity within Lubricant business line to improve its revenues. We were successful in this task: my team of five persons brought support to our affiliates to help increase their turnover from 3% without losing volumes. We developed scalable method and data-driven tools while constantly training our teams to achieve this result. As a CEO from Be:Mo company, an affiliate of TotalEnergies dedicated to EV-MSP (Mobility Service Provider) platform, I lead a team of 40+ people who were working in a start-up during its scale-up phase, from 0 to millions of transcations, and from 0 to millions of turnover. We grew our network of CPO (charge point operators) partners, while securizing our margin and building new business models in a new market. I like new challenges. My personal experience of french boxing (Savate) trainer that I managed to maintain over the past 16 years in parallel of my jobs reflects not only my perseverance but also my willingness to share knowledge and skills to make a team stronger while developing each employee's talent.
