With a robust background in inventory management and production coordination, my role at CMI Orchards leverages an intimate understanding of the fruit packing process to optimize supply chain efficacy. My weekly task spectrum includes constructing packing schedules and instructions to maintain warehouse equilibrium, aligning with sales demands and fruit quality standards. In addition, I assist with the management of the CMI Import program, manage the pear production category and manage sales projections.At CMI Orchards, we've developed analytical tools to support sales and warehouse management, enhancing transparency and efficiency. This experience, combined with my linguistic proficiency in Chinese, French, and English, enables me to engage effectively with a diverse client base, ensuring our premium Washington State apples, pears, and cherries consistently meet the dynamic needs of the global market.
