Monitor, evaluate, & review standard work with department Supervisor; Analyze major metrics (open tags, inventory accuracy, shipping accuracy, etc.) monthly, looking for positive and/or negative trends; Work with Planners or Suppliers as needed to resolve issues such as OS & D, record accuracy, or shipping discrepancies; Provide fact based, accurate analysis, and recommendations to support all processes; Review/Research the GRIR (Goods receipt Invoice Receipt) for why either have not been completed; Review Proof of Deliveries issues by the planners for material not listed on GRIR report, but received; Review/Research discrepancies tagged by the receiving dock; Log/Track all discrepancies in appropriate system(s); Assist Inbound team with lost material, hot material, and Oracle/SAP issues Analyzing information and evaluating results to choose the best solution and solve problems; Providing guidance and expert advice to management or other groups on technical, systems, or process, related Write and revise standard operating procedures for logistics processes.
