I am a professional manufacturing leader with over 20 years of experience to offer. As a Manager I have years of team building experience and have found many successes in the challenges of Safety, Lean manufacturing, and Training. I manage multiple operations well beyond the scope of my position in my goal of strengthening the company I am partnered with. I have worked a large variety of positions in multiple fields and have found continued success in my ability to cross-utilize my skills. These include, but are not limited to : improved communication and the lessening of compartmentalization, waste reduction through improved processes and motivated\ human automation. Management of equipment, inventory, time, people, and customers etc. As I have chosen, and been forced to adapt across the fields of industries such as, printing, construction, building maintenance, manufacturing in metal, plastics, etc. I am well suited to handle the ever changing needs of a company.
