These formative experiences laid the foundation for my adaptability, cultural awareness, and problem-solving abilities, which I have since applied in various professional roles. I possess a strong background in hospitality, client services, and program management, with proven expertise in cultivating client relationships, organizing events, and leveraging technology to enhance business operations. My time as a Program Assistant at the Bailey Program for Family Enterprise has further honed my skills in Salesforce CRM, event coordination, and business development within the unique context of family enterprises. I am a proactive and charismatic professional, committed to delivering high-quality service and fostering productive collaboration in all my endeavors. My Career goal is to get into family business therapy. As a 4th Gen who has seen it all, I am passionate about creating healthy and productive environments for other family offices so that they can thrive.
