In particular during my 5 years in the processing industry especially in gold processing with Barrick Limited. I have had the opportunity to develop my operational and technical skills to a much competent level as well as developed personally where I am confident to take up new and challenging roles, with an increased level of autonomy and responsibility. Skills and attributes I also have extensive operational background which includes; • Grinding, Cyclone and Gravity circuit operations • Flotation experiences with flash floatation, Wemco and Outokumpu cells. • Counter Current Decantation (CCD) thickener operation.(refinery) • CIL, Elution, Carbon reactivation circuit • Electrowinning and Intensive Cyanidation circuits • Cyanide destruction, Tails Precipitation and Neutralisation circuits. • Control room experiences using Delta V and Scada operating systems. A strong focus towards safety in the workplace. Good standard of written and verbal communication and interactive skills, including the preparation of downtimes reports and issuing of Safe work Permit.
