About Wisdom Adusei

I’ve been working in finance and audit, mostly within the public sector. My experience spans financial management, internal controls, compliance, and operational reviews. I’ve worked on audits, helped improve financial reporting processes, and contributed to strengthening accountability across different institutions.Over time, my work has expanded into treasury management and inventory systems, especially in university and government settings. I’m particularly focused on improving how public institutions manage resources—through better systems, smarter processes, and well-trained people.I’m always looking for ways to make financial operations clearer, more efficient, and more useful to decision-makers. Whether it’s through audit findings, policy advice, or hands-on support, I aim to help institutions work better with the tools and data they already have.
