Holds a master’s degree (cum laude) in HRM, Technology & Innovation and hands-on experience with HR/L&D in different organisations. Enables workplaces where human potential can be fully utilized. Decided to utilize HRM / L&D to enhance vitality & human performance in business context, after being rejected for (preventive) health care studies. Uses a mix of analytical skills, interpersonal sensitivity and an entrepreneurial mindset to align culture with business, people & talent management strategies. Conducts a systemic approach, from People Value Propositions to corresponding people management systems (including Total Rewards, L&D, Leadership and Talent Management practices) to co-create an engaging work environment that empowers people to reach their full potential and turn organisations into an employer of choice for their people of choice.
