About Wynne Meyer

My purpose and passion is to help others succeed in the workplace. I thrive on creating partnerships with organizations to support their leaders and employees. Over the past 15 years, my work has centered around training, consulting, and coaching; I’m known for my expertise in these 4 areas: HR ADVISOR. Using compassion, I advise HR to unpack situational root causes and to grasp needs for workplace consultation, crisis response, or training. CORPORATE TRAINER: I believe strongly in learning & development. When designing and delivering programs, my creativity comes alive as I facilitate impactful discussions. In my work, I leverage the fields of positive psychology, character strengths, and mindfulness. COACH TO LEADERS/STAFF: I believe each person possesses a unique combination of strengths, challenges, and habits. Using insight to connect events and situations, I help leaders identify and leverage strengths to lead more focused, productive and fulfilled lives. EAP CONSULTANT. I am at ease with complex and sensitive workplace situations. I'm relied on to support EAP clients after a disruptive event (merger, restructuring, or employee death). My colleagues appreciate my empathy, kindness, collaboration and warmth. I am known as a self-starter who grasps complex situations, envisions new ways to service clients, and facilitates productive dialogues. Outside of work, I am a busy mom who tries to integrate work with self-care by running, practicing yoga, and travel.
