Mr. Calderon is an exceptionally diverse individual who is leading all Corporate Operations for Hampton Roads in support of Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC). As Hampton Roads Corporate Operations Manager, Mr. Calderon is responsible for the business operations of more than 800 federal and military employees, and industry partners.He provides direct and local support to the command’s Corporate Operations competency, which delivers products and services in the areas of Civilian Human Resources, Equal Employment Opportunity, Total Force & Information Technology Management, Corporate Operations Support & Facilities, Strategy, and Communications & Public Affairs that enable our customers and stakeholders to rapidly deliver Information Warfare solutions to warfighters.Mr. Calderon brings with him a wealth of knowledge and experience from nearly two decades as a Department of the Navy engineer. During his tenure at NIWC Atlantic, Calderon has performed various engineering roles in support of Joint Staff J7, U.S. Northern Command, Fleet Forces Command, Joint Forces Command, PMW 220, and the Systems of Systems Engineering Competency.
