About Xiao Han

I am a highly motivated Project Manager with an extensive engineering background both academically and as a practitioner. I am able to leverage my deep project management background to analyze, identify, and prioritize business opportunities for profitable growth. In addition to obtaining my PMP and MBA, I’m skilled at mastering and applying complex models and systems with my engineering background. From a business perspective, my project management focuses on driving effective engagement of cross-functional teams to achieve seamless execution and completion of the project objectives and performance targets. I’ve led security implementation and management projects with very little supervision. Their scopes include tracking and managing projects to completion. I have participated in the design of project management processes, reporting tools and optimizing project management procedures. I’ve conducted market research, identified and sized markets/opportunities, synthesized findings, and developed data-based market insights. By doing this, I was able to inform strategy and investment teams on how to drive short to long-term business growth. I’ve worked with cross-functional teams to capture market trends, identify customers and market needs in order to develop new business growth. I’ve led the development of product datasheets and other product literature to promote products and support online promotion campaigns via LinkedIn and other channels to grow the business.
