With over 15 years of experience, I bring expertise in leveraging cutting-edge tools, to design and deliver effective learning solutions. Guided by the principles of adult learning, I focus on fostering engagement, promoting self-direction, and achieving practical, measurable outcomes. My passion is transforming complex ideas into accessible, actionable training that builds confidence and equips learners with the skills they need to thrive. Currently advancing my studies in Adult Education, I am exploring new strategies to modernize instructor-led training and enhance the overall learning experience. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, exploring the outdoors, and reflecting on how technology continues to shape education and lifelong learning.
