With over a decade of experience in IT operations, infrastructure, and service management—including six years in the fast-paced gaming industry—I’ve learned that the key to successful IT transformation lies in people, process, and purpose. I believe in surrounding myself with talented individuals, empowering them, and fostering a collaborative environment where strategy connects to reality. Staying hands on is important to me—not only to keep a pulse on delivery, but to ensure my teams feel their work is valued and aligned with broader business goals. I’m passionate about improving processes iteratively to deliver real value, and I bring a strategic mindset backed by a strong engineering foundation, allowing me to navigate both the technical and organisational aspects of IT. Outside of work, I’m a blockchain enthusiast and personal investor, with a strong interest in DeFi protocols such as Aave and in supporting innovative projects like RealT, which are pioneering real estate tokenization through blockchain technology. I also enjoy exploring emerging technologies in my personal projects—currently working on Pyrgi, a project that leverages agentic AI to uncover the most interesting messages written on the blockchain. For me, continuous learning and hands-on experimentation are key to staying at the forefront of technology.
