Yazan is an Internal Audit Leader and Strategic Advisor who helps organizations strengthen governance, surface blind spots, and make better decisions. With over 13 years of experience spanning multinational operations, Big 4 advisory, and Saudi giga-projects, Yazan brings a rare blend of field insight and boardroom clarity. His career began at Fine Hygienic Holding, followed by PwC Risk Assurance, where he built a strong foundation in process integrity and control design. He was among the first internal audit professionals at AMAALA, helping establish the function from the ground up. When AMAALA merged into Red Sea Global, he continued leading audits across a newly integrated enterprise and advising leadership on high-impact risk areas spanning capital projects, development, procurement governance, and subsidiary operations. Yazan believes internal audit must evolve from backward-looking reviews to forward-looking insight. He regularly presents to Audit Committees, coaches future professionals, and leads reviews that help executive teams focus on what matters most. Outside the boardroom, he’s also a recognized voice in the profession — creating bilingual internal audit training content through YouTube and Udemy to equip the next generation of auditors across the region.
