Throughout my career, I have been able to fully utilize my exceptional leadership, presentation, training, and team building skills to help develop inclusive, motivated, high-performing and cohesive teams. Having led diverse and numerous employees and leaders through adult learning best principles and instructional design experiences, I offer influencing and communication skills that align with corporate and organizational training and talent development programs. In addition, with my background in leadership and certifications in emotional, relational, cultural and inclusive intelligences, I make a substantial impact to the culture of organizations. Some highlights of my accomplishments include: • Great passion for learning and development; created course to help employees discover self-awareness, limiting beliefs, skills assessment, and strategic plans for self-actualization and accountability. • Have trained and/or coached just over 3,600 business, non-profit, education, and faith-based leaders in DE & I, emotional, relational, inclusive and cultural intelligence. • Have trained over 300 in conflict resolution and conciliation. • Drive for continued excellence; being competitive in nature, I enjoy tackling new challenges and attribute my continued success at work to being flexible, adaptable, eager to learn, and possessing a strong focus on providing high-quality work. Both internal and external customers find me to be someone they can rely on that is well-spoken, energetic, personable, strategic and empathetic. With a broad range of experiences, I possess the versatility needed to succeed at any organization that values people and culture.
