Avalon was first game to merge computer + multi player + online + tabletop roleplaying game. Continuous operation from late 80s to present (July 2018). What began as LotC became Avalon by October 1989, went to profit in June 1990, joined the internet in 1993, relocated London to the USA in 1995. There it remains. Novels: Splendid Isolation in (pub. Amaranth 2001 UK/US), Gingerbread House in 2001, Myrtle Avenue in 2003/4. Hiatus to 2016. Lived: Cambridge, Zambia (Lusaka), Midwood (NYC), Cambridge, Hemel Hempstead, Jesus (Cambridge), Camden (London), Streeterville (Chicago), South Kensington then W1 then Hampstead (London), Los Angeles (Santa Monica), Belgravia then South Kensington (London), plus Parc Monceau (Paris).
