With over 16 years of experience in the pharmaceutical and life sciences industries, I have gained expertise in FEED, process control system design, project execution-MES integration, commissioning/start-up, and qualification/validation. My skill set includes project management, ISA S88 and S95 compliance, validation cycles (IQ, OQ, PQ), and DCS commissioning/plant start-up support. I am PMP certified and hold certifications in DeltaV Batch Implementation (7016), DeltaV Implementation 7009, GAMP5, and Honeywell EPKS (R300/C300). Throughout my career, I have successfully led project teams, developed functional design specifications, conducted FAT/SAT activities, and ensured compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements. I have a deep understanding of upstream and downstream processes, as well as validation practices for biotech applications. As an Automation Engineer at Emerson Automation Solutions, I have played a key role in designing and implementing automation infrastructure based on industry standards and software development life cycle methodologies.
