About Yolanda Ortiz

Hi, I’m Yolanda As a Virtual Assistant, I partner with fitness and rehab entrepreneurs to simplify the behind-the-scenes work — from operations support, project management, and client communications to social media management, email marketing, and event coordination — so you can stay focused on what you do best: serving clients, educating and growing your business. With over 7 years of experience in healthcare, operations, and nonprofit leadership, I’ve built a skill set that blends organization, marketing, and client care. My background includes managing staff and interns, developing training programs and SOPs, coordinating live and virtual courses, maintaining CRMs, creating newsletters and social content, and building community partnerships that expand reach and impact. I know how overwhelming the day-to-day tasks can get. My goal is to help you reclaim your time, streamline your systems, and create space to thrive — whether that’s with your clients or in the clinic. If you’re looking for a reliable, approachable VA who understands the fitness and rehab world and can help you stay organized, visible, and client-focused, let’s connect!
