Hi! I’m Yoshi! Welcome to my profile! I describe myself as an intelligent college student and a skilled bartender. I have a passion for creating high quality craft cocktails and engaging with customers. If you’re looking for someone to help step up your bar or restaurant cocktail menu with creative and delicious ideas, or just to help serve your current menu with a smile, I’m your guy! I recently received my IBA recognized bartending certification from National Bar Staffing in San Diego, CA. However, I have been passionate about making craft cocktails for much longer. Since the beginning of 2020 I have been cooking gourmet meals at home, baking breads, and blending my own teas; as well as creating unique homemade liqueurs, syrups, and mixes for exceptional drinks to enjoy with the family I live with or “wow” at the occasional small gathering. I have many years of experience working in sales and customer service for a local media conversion company, as well as a tech consultant for an international construction firm. The restaurant industry is still a newer aspect of my journey, I would like to build my experience by impressing both you and your guests with the mixology techniques I have studied and practiced diligently.
