I have experience work and join with various type of industry either manufacturing or services. I have experience involve to various type of industry. In the area of service industry I have experience in the area of Logistic & Shipping (container ship by vessel), Telecommunication, Education, Clinic, as well as Public Consultant. Experience In the area of manufacturing industry such as Electronics, Garment & Apparel, Wood Chip Mill, Crude Palm Oil as well as Chemical industry. In the area of Plantation such as Palm Plantation and Fiber Forestry. I have also experience involve to aim operational excellence goal at Coal Mining industry. I have wide experience in type of the job tittle such as Production Supervisor, Process Engineer, Product Engineer, Senior Engineer, Assistant Manager, Manager, Senior Manager, Management Consultant, Senior Consultant, Head of Department, as well as Owner. Above experience is become basic and advance understanding and skill toword Excellence Busness & Operations. I have experience implementing various management tools, such as Lean Manufacturing/Lean Service, Six Sigma, Supply Chain Management, Class A Business, Goal Deployment Matric, Balance Score Card, ISO, EHS, SAP, 4-Discipline Execution. Organization Development as well as Management Development Program. During my professional experience I have conduct training, coaching and facilitate for more than 1500 people to gain their knowledge, on achieving their high goal. I have experience facilitate and coach the Improvement Project more than I was graduated from Yogyakarta University (former of Yogyakarta Educational Institute)(Indonesia) in 1995 major in Electronic Engineering Education, and completed my MBB (Master Black Belt) at Air Academy Associate, Colorado (USA) in 2002.
