About Zack Mitchell

I am a developer with strong creative instincts and an aptitude for building user interfaces efficiently and directly to specification. I have a background in graphic design, and possess a keen eye when it comes to designing site layouts and user interfaces. I recognize that for every project that excels on a technical level there should be equal emphasis placed on both design and user experience. With this mindset, I strive to envision and create software solutions that are altogether functional, useful, and aesthetically pleasing to the users who interact with them. In addition to my career as a developer, I have also been producing and releasing music and visual art under a performing pseudonym, Atra Aeterna since 2007. The experience I have gained as a result of managing all aspects of this creative endeavour has fuelled my desire to continue learning and expanding set of skills. Since the beginning of 2019, I have also released three instrumental beat tape albums under an alternate performing pseudonym, Blackbird Belle.
