I have extensive experience in the non-governmental sector, specifically in grant proposal writing, reviewing, and development. I am responsible for providing all grant-related documents and directly supervising the work of all teams. I follow up with project managers to ensure that projects are on track and in line with donor requirements. I also conduct reviews, modifications, and justifications of budgets. In addition, I attend TPM meetings and work on developing the quality of projects and programs while contributing to the development of the organization's policies and work procedures. With my experience and skills, I am capable of managing complex projects in challenging environments and ensuring that projects are in compliance with donor requirements.
