About Zared Shawver

I was 18 years old on the first day of my introduction to psychology course when I first noticed something I had been doing all my life: Using words and language to think and communicate. From that day, I became obsessed with learning everything about how people use language, think, and tell stories. I have harnessed that love into becoming an expert communicator. I am a trained storyteller. I translate difficult, technical concepts into simple messages that capture people's attention and pique their curiosity. I craft stories that invite rich experiences that can change the way people think, act, and feel. I bring an arsenal of scientific tools and methods to rigorously test and validate the effectiveness of stories I create. Experimental/RCT, longitudinal, and bespoke survey methodologies are all at my disposal to test how people engage with and experience stories. A story is not just one thing and does not have a single impact. I will help you think through all the ways stories and messages can change people and develop strategies to optimize their impacts on your audience.
