I've been called a hype woman, a bartender, a yoga instructor… and probably some names in traffic (who hasn't?). The truth is, we all have many titles. Some we earn, like "leader" or "specialist." Some we step into, like "teacher" or "emcee." And some are given to us in passing; casually—like a nickname, a compliment, or even a not-so-nice label we'd prefer to forget. While titles may be temporary, the impact we make lasts. For me, all of those roles come down to this: creating spaces where people feel connected, valued, and inspired.
