I am an individual with a multicultural background, hailing from Norwegian and Ukrainian descent. My family operates businesses in Australia and Singapore, providing me with an early education and opportunities within the business world. From a young age, I engaged with my parents in their endeavors, accruing valuable business experience. After graduating from university, I completed work with PricewaterhouseCoopers (PWC) in Australia, further deepening my understanding of the business realm. I’ve always maintained a strong curiosity, a collaborative nature, and unwavering loyalty to business, which has led to success in leadership. As an optimist, I approach life positively, adept at problem-solving and always remaining hopeful. I am a sports enthusiast, believing a healthy body and mind are key to success. Beyond business, I’m an optimistic artist, passionate about creativity and art. I believe there are many parallels between business and art, where creativity sparks innovation. Presently, I hold the position of Executive Partner at IBM (NYSE: IBM), leading a team dedicated to bridging technology and business to meet the ever-evolving market demands.
