EXPERIENCE Zorah is highly skilled with over 15 years in Executive Management, Human Resource Management -Succession and effective Workforce planning and Employee Relations, Networking, Leadership, Negotiations, Project Management, Organizational Development, Budgeting and Financial Analysis. Languages: English, Basic French and Krio EXECUTIVE MANAGEMENT Zorah achieved positive results in contributing to the change in the performance management culture of World Vision Sierra Leone. She held a number of positions with World Vision including Acting National Director when required for World Vision Sierra Leone. Her responsibilities included the review of allocation of funds and recommend organizational approval of budget. She also provided executive assistance in management and administrative leadership for Director of Operations, Medical Research Council Laboratories, HIV AIDS Rapid Response Programme (HARRP’s), providing capacity building support for partners and streamlined program direction in The Gambian Consortium. Zorah was the delegated Lead for the administrative management and M&E of projects such as Stepping Stones, HIV/AIDS Rapid Response Project.(World Bank Funded Project), Global Fund etc. She planned and executed discrete projects which assisted in informing strategic management decisions. She skillfully ensured successful contract negotiations and close of contracts. Zorah has consulted for many institutions on organisational development & design, strategy and risk assessments. She is a Non Executive Board Director of Leonoil SL Ltd, Chairperson of the Board of Governors for Excel Academy & Fatah Rahman Junior Secondary Schools respectively as well as Advisory Board Member for Power Women 232.
